一般介绍

乳化罐的作用是将一种或多种物料（水溶性固相、液相或胶状物等）溶于另一种液相，并使其水合成为相对稳定的乳化液。广泛适用于食用油类、粉类、糖类等原辅料的乳化混合，某些涂料、油漆乳化分散也使用乳化罐，尤其适用于某些难溶胶状类添加剂如CMC、黄原胶等。

设备组成

主要是由罐体、搅拌器、乳化机、控制元件等组成。

工作原理

离心式高速乳化头在工作时可产生巨大的旋转吸力，将转子正上方的物料旋转着吸下，然后高速抛向定子，经过转定子间的高速剪切、碰撞、粉碎后，物料汇集至出口而喷出。同时罐底防涡流挡板将旋转力转化为上下翻腾力，从而使罐内物料混合均匀，防止粉料在液面堆积聚团，而达到水合乳化的目的。
