Training & Development

Yottawit earlily realized the importance of management and staff training and development. It is Yottawit’s policy to have proper training plans in place to ensure employees are trained for better skills, abilities and higher productivity. Managers are responsible for determining the training needs in their business units, divisions or departments. The input to assess the training needs come from various processes including Business Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management Program, Career Development Program, and Yottawit Leadership Talent Management process.

Yottawit invites experts to come to train our staff on advanced management and technical training as well. The company also provides tuition support to high performing employees for degree and non-degree courses. The purpose of this benefit is to encourage and assist employees in personal and professional development.
