一般介绍
换热器(英语:heat exchanger),是将热流体的部分热量传递给冷流体的设备,使流体温度达到工艺流程规定的指标的热量交换设备,又称热交换器。材质一般有碳锰钢、不锈钢、锆、镍基(哈氏、蒙乃尔、因康镍)合金及其它复合材料。
设备组成
常用列管换热器主要是由壳体、传热管束、管板、折流板和管箱等部件组成。
工作原理
温度不同的两种流体在被壁面分开的空间里流动,通过壁面的导热和流体在壁表面对流,两种流体之间进行换热。
应用领域
换热器是化工、石油、动力、食品及其它许多工业部门的通用设备,在生产中占有重要地位。在化工生产中换热器可作为加热器、冷却器、冷凝器、蒸发器和再沸器等,应用更加广泛。

General Introduction
Heat exchanger is a heat transfer equipment that transfers part of the heat from the hot fluid to the cold fluid to reach the fluid temperature specified in the process flow. The material is generally carbon manganese steel, stainless steel, zirconium, nickel based (Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel) alloy and other composite materials.

Operational Principle
