该型号绞肉机是GEA集团主打产品之一，非传动部件占比较大，制作工艺复杂，精度要求相当高。这也是GEA集团首次尝试在国内制作，尧为承担了该型号非传动部件的生产供应任务，并最终圆满完成挑战。

每一块部件都经过精准切割和钣金成型，等待焊接组装。
Here comes the most important process, the
assembled core part has to be machined with a large precious lathe to satisfy
the severe requirements on parallelism and coaxiality, and for the driving
device’s installation and operation.
最重要的环节来了，成型后的核心模块须经由大型车床二次精加工，以满足苛刻的平行度和同轴度，以确保传动机构的安装和工作要求。
